Pros
Although the salary is somewhat higher than at companies in the market,
The company's snack bar, salary adjustment increases, and benefits (which are being reduced) are, overall, still better than the market.
(It is said that the starting base salary for newly hired entry-level employees is NT$35,000.)
Cons
The person in charge is an overseas-based manager,
who often issues orders according to personal preferences. There is a communication gap within the company, and it is still unclear what direction the company will take in the future.
