The pay is only a little higher; in reality, it doesn't feel like more.
The managers at the Nangang plant are extremely arrogant. The company's attitude is, “If you won't do it, I'll just hire someone else.” It is managed like the military, and they even force you to work overtime. If you don't work overtime, they will threaten you, implying that if you're not good enough, they'll kick you out.
The work atmosphere at the company is extremely poor, and the air quality and environment are terrible. After work, you still have to clean the restrooms. Choose carefully啊啊啊啊啊啊
An essential qualification for applicants is preferably having experience in a chanting group.
