The conditions after joining the company were different from what was stated during the interview. The interview did not mention a probationary period.
Only after joining did I find out that there was a three-month probationary period. During the probationary period, I was classified as a part-time employee, and my salary was changed to an hourly wage. In practice, my salary for one month was only half of what was originally discussed......
(It was originally stated as 27K for a full-time position, and the job website also listed it as full-time.)
