I can’t think of any.
If I had to write something, it would be that salaries have never been paid late, and when the fifth falls on a holiday, salaries are paid early. (But this should be extremely basic, shouldn’t it? I’ve worked at so many companies, and not a single one has ever paid late.)
When I first joined, I was very happy, but later I became completely furious with the company...
1. At first, the company said it guaranteed a minimum annual salary equivalent to 14 months of pay... In reality, that means 14 months is the most you can get. XD No matter how well or how excellently you perform, you still get the same 14 months as everyone else!
2. Later, senior HR management quietly placed a document on a complicated path on the internal website (without emailing it to employees), stating that two months of year-end bonus would be calculated with deductions proportional to the sick leave and personal leave you had taken.
3. I heard that even people who have worked there for several years have not received raises...
3. There is no overtime pay. (You only get overtime pay if your supervisor submits an application for you, but when your supervisor assigns you more work than you can finish, you still have to work overtime to complete it. The supervisor also will not proactively report your overtime for you.)
4. Sometimes, you finally manage to leave work at 6 p.m. on time, but if you accidentally forget what time you clocked in that morning and leave a few minutes early,
HR immediately sends an email and CCs your supervisor...
5. This company no longer has many benefits. In the first two years, I heard the travel subsidy was still NT$10,000; now it is only NT$3,000...
