The boss loves to take credit for employees' work,
but someone else is always at fault.
They dump all the blame on employees (most of the time, the problem is the boss's own fault).
They love to sow discord.
They always say they will give employees opportunities, but take it with a grain of salt.
This really is a company with no opportunities and no hope.
