Unknown, as I only went for an interview.
1. As soon as I walked in, I felt that the office atmosphere and layout were very stifling, and I didn’t want to stay long.
2. The interview consisted of two rounds. The first was a written test involving Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation of trade-related English. The second was an interview with a supervisor, who unexpectedly made the very first question about describing my previous work experience in English. Honestly, inviting a senior international trade sales candidate for an interview and then testing their spoken English is very low-class!
3. They asked about the reason for leaving my previous job, but there were no particularly in-depth questions. They also did not ask any situational questions.
4. They asked about my expected salary but did not say whether it was acceptable or not.
5. It felt like a very stifling company and one that is frequently recruiting on 104.
