Pros

Overall, it is covered in the cons.

Cons

The interview process is cumbersome.

1. Sending resumes out among a sea of applicants

2. Waiting 1–2 weeks to receive a questionnaire (this does not mean you qualify for an interview; it only means you "might" meet the requirements)

3. Responding to the questionnaire > only those who meet the requirements can proceed to the interview

4. The interview is divided into three stages:

 (1) HR (a computer skills test and some small talk)

 (2) Department manager (a bunch of questions related to psychological tests, as well as question-and-answer prompts with no clearly correct answers)

 (3) Executive (actually, the questions are quite similar to those asked earlier; personally, I think they mainly look at your attitude in responding, abilities, and whether you click with the boss?)

※Personally, I think there is also a small evaluation stage: on the day of the interview, you fill out your resume in the security office. You definitely need to be humble and respectful—but not obsequious—toward the security guard. It probably gives you a few extra points~
