The colleagues are all nice.
1. A very traditional company. The general manager and vice general manager are married, and everything has to go through them—everything, even the most trivial matters. For example, for every salesperson traveling abroad to attend an exhibition, even the number of business cards to be shipped by sea must be counted one by one and then submitted to the general manager for approval.
2. There is no overtime pay, and there is neither overtime pay nor compensatory leave for providing support at exhibitions on weekends.
3. The Marcom manager is very emotional and not good at managing people. They have no consistent principles in their work: they may tell you A now, but later decide they want B. Department turnover is extremely high.
Although the colleagues at the company are all quite nice, I feel that the overall environment and system are rather poor.
