Quite a few positions on 104 are opened and closed, then reopened and closed again. They spend the entire year recruiting. Based on the category, the position I applied for should not be one that a company repeatedly posts openings for, which makes me wonder whether they are genuinely looking to hire or whether the company has an astonishingly high turnover rate. The way HR handled the interaction felt extremely impolite. When they called, they immediately questioned me in an interrogative manner, just as other reviews have described, without giving any introduction to their own company at all. They also hung up without giving me any chance to ask questions. It felt as if they were completely inexperienced robots controlled by their supervisors. They cannot even properly handle the most basic public face of their own recruitment process, so how can applicants expect this company to offer any decent career development or benefits capable of winning and retaining employees’ loyalty?
