The work atmosphere is very bad. It is a family business, and all the department managers are connected.

The departments argue back and forth every day, and the people at the bottom are the ones who suffer~~. Clearly unsuitable managers occupy management positions, and turnover is very high.

Aside from the generous salaries they offer, all the other benefits are only for show and impossible to enjoy!! Because it is a family business, the benefits are available only to managers and above.

As for the company’s systems~they are even more chaotic. Official documents are delayed (traditional paper documents), and few people know how to use the ERP system (turnover is too high; those who know how to use it have left, those who do not know how do not want to use it, and those who want to use it are restricted by the user limit. Even checking something requires waiting and waiting~~~). Overall, efficiency is extremely poor; they are dealing with “moods” instead of “matters.”

The huge office building was constructed by covering over part of the parking lot. Only managers and above have parking spaces; everyone else has to compete for parking outside. It feels terrible to have to compete for a parking space first thing in the morning. You have to arrive very early and leave very late, while only the company’s favored relatives can leisurely drive in and park. This is not a benefit; it is a privilege!! So see through it!!

Unless they offer a very high salary, if you go in for the money, just endure the psychological abuse and pressure!!

I have heard the on-site operators say that they are docked pay for making defective products, yet the problems with reviewing the machinery and improving the processes are never examined.

The overtime is also excessive (and overtime pay cannot be claimed).
