I applied for the Operations Management Trainee position. The interviewer sat in a very arrogant manner and repeatedly asked how I would manage issues such as cleaning staff having unstable attendance and being absent without leave. No matter how I answered, the interviewer was dissatisfied, then said they would notify me of the interview result later—but in the end, they never did.
