I really can't think of much. I suppose the only thing I can say is that colleagues tend to develop a sense of camaraderie from going through hardships together, since it is honestly such a terrifying place.
An outrageous company with extremely long working hours. Almost every day, you have to work overtime until very late; on several occasions, people even worked until morning, went home to shower, and then returned to the company to continue working. Whenever there was an event, even Saturdays and Sundays had to be sacrificed to go to the venue and work, and there was absolutely no organization. The boss completely regarded such excessive overtime as only natural. Employees who had stayed at the company for a while all looked like the walking dead, with an extremely submissive attitude. There was no system at work, and it was difficult to see any prospects, because the turnover rate was simply too high: seven or eight people left in just three months. It was completely a matter of luring inexperienced newcomers in to exploit their labor. There were no capable seniors to help me improve at work, so I had to figure out and guess many things on my own. The most terrifying thing was having no life of my own. A classic example of the exploitative practices of a Taiwanese sweatshop boss.
