Colleagues are still in contact with one another. The pay used to be good, but there were several months of unpaid wages before, so I don't know what the current situation is.

The company used to offer high salaries to recruit talent from various places as managers. From those outstanding managers, we learned not only how to do the work but also the right attitudes. However, all of those excellent managers have already left.

There was a time when the boss relentlessly asked us to make things for which there were no orders, claiming it was to test the production line's capabilities. This caused the financial shortfall to grow increasingly larger, and eventually the company could not even pay our salaries.

During that period, whenever we contacted processing plants to follow up on materials, they ignored us because they were owed money. When payment requests were sent to the boss for approval, we were fobbed off with a string of excuses and the requests were not signed.

The sales team had no ability to secure orders. Monthly orders were probably not even worth 100,000, but the monthly expenses were approximately 4–5 million, creating an enormous financial shortfall.

I don't know what the current situation is like, but from the time I resigned until now, these positions have still been recruiting. If you are considering working there, please think twice.

The boss is also extremely good at painting rosy pictures. Just listen to it and don't let yourself be brainwashed; what is said is always simpler than what is done.
