For the first interview, the company did not provide a written test, which I found quite novel. However, the supervisor’s questions were very professional. They had prepared the English résumé you submitted and asked questions based on it. I recommend first reviewing the English résumé you wrote yourself and prioritizing projects you have worked on that were particularly distinctive or left a strong impression. Multinational companies really like candidates to ask questions, and during the interview they may ask about projects you have worked on but are not very familiar with. The salary and benefits are above the industry average.
Multinational companies are ruthless when it comes to layoffs. For loss-making departments, they will decisively make deep cuts to the entire BU. Therefore, you need to be mentally prepared to leave at any time. Although this can be considered a disadvantage, it is also an advantage: at least if you are laid off, they will pay an additional two months’ salary so that you have money to live on and look for your next job.
