This is not a self-proclaimed electronics company, but a typical traditional hardware-stamping family business. It is located in a remote area with no convenient public transportation, so you need to drive yourself.
There are not many employees, and most of the factory workforce consists of migrant workers. There is limited room for advancement, and you need to have connections to become a manager. Overall, the workforce's qualifications and education levels are not high; the mindset is backward and closed-minded, and operations lack management. If you just want to coast, it is fine, but if you want to work seriously, you will not be able to stay.
