OPs may be "banned from taking leave" at any time... or be "forced to work overtime."
My friend was already in the hospital's emergency department, but when they requested leave, their supervisor actually required them to confirm it with the attending physician before approving the leave.
My friend took annual leave to see a doctor, and the production-control supervisor actually required them to provide proof afterward... You even need to provide proof when taking annual leave...
The technical allowance... at this company is based on "attendance rate"..... As long as you don't work overtime, it may be taken away at any time....

On typhoon days... even when the city government declares a day off, the company still requires OPs to report to work.
They don't treat OPs as "people" at all...
