Pros
The work atmosphere is relaxed, and managers do not micromanage much; as long as the work is completed, everything is fine. Communication is smooth, and you can ask directly whenever you have questions—you will always get an answer.
Cons
Because the company is relatively small, each person needs to handle multiple roles, but everyone supports one another.
