Pros
High pressure (this depends on your direct supervisor), but you can learn a lot.
Cons
Overtime must be requested in advance. If overtime is not requested in advance, there is no overtime pay.
Even if you apply for overtime, your supervisor can reject the overtime request and still ask you to work overtime.
