The supervisor seems to really enjoy their work, spending the whole day wandering around the company—because they’ve already dumped everything on the people below them to do.
It’s also unclear whether anything resembling a system exists. The rules keep changing, and they even hold meetings to discuss unnecessary matters. But when you offer an opinion, the supervisor actually won’t listen; they just keep insisting that you do things their way. And be careful not to become a thorn in their side.
Sometimes, after a certain manager makes an unreasonable or impossible demand of an employee and realizes they can’t justify their position, they’ll simply toss out, “Whatever, I don’t care~”
