Part-time student workers can coast here until graduation; I won’t say much about why. After graduating, quickly find a way out and leave this place.
You really can stay here—depending on the department. Becoming a full-time employee isn’t necessarily better, believe me xd
I left in the first place because I didn’t want to become a full-time employee. Benefits depend on the performance review given by your supervisor.
P.S. Being a part-time student worker is easy; being a full-time employee is like serving in the military xd
I’ve currently found a job that’s better than this one, in Taichung. I’m quite satisfied with the salary, and there’s no issue with overtime. The food is good!
