I previously worked at this company. Overtime pay was paid at 1×, and almost every month the number of overtime hours exceeded the Labor Standards Act limit of 46 hours, with more than 100 overtime hours in a month at most.
The employee trip and year-end party were held on the same day, which was designated as a workday. Employees were not informed in advance that not working that day would result in a deduction from that month’s salary. Only after attending did I find out that eight hours’ worth of wages had been deducted. It felt very unpleasant, and I also don’t know whether this complies with the Labor Standards Act.
