Overtime of three hours or more is the norm. You still have to keep working after you get home, and you have to keep working on Saturdays and Sundays too. The comments about the exploitative boss and similar matters have already been posted by others, so I won’t elaborate further.
This is an internet marketing (perhaps) company. Part of the work involves word-of-mouth marketing—in other words, it tries to find ways to build a good reputation for the company online. So all those activities and social gatherings you see on the job bank are based on word-of-mouth marketing. After all, what face would a company that can’t even handle its own word-of-mouth marketing have to take on projects from clients?
If you genuinely want to learn about internet marketing, new media marketing, and so on, the concepts this company can offer you are limited to the most basic practices: creating fake accounts to boost popularity and view counts, and manipulating Facebook posts. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this (!?), but after doing it for a long time, I believe you’ll find it difficult to get past your own conscience. After all, these things don’t genuinely help your clients’ brands; you’re simply deceiving them into continuing to purchase the service.

University students working part-time and interns are disposable. They can temporarily and for free relieve the workload, but the company insists on exploiting newcomers’ enthusiasm and then glorifies itself as if it has no conscience.
