Pros

The pay is low. Even after being promoted to a full-time position, it is still about the same as part-time pay, while there is a huge amount of work. The company also does not seem interested in developing you. The company’s training courses merely involve casually inviting a relatively senior manager to come tell stories for an hour. It does not feel much like a class; it feels more like brainwashing.

They tell you that every colleague is very positive and that you should be very positive too, so the performance targets can definitely be reached. Then, if you fail to meet them, they first chew you out so thoroughly that even your own mother would not recognize you. Next, they have you do more meaningless tasks, and then start brainwashing you by saying, “After making these improvements, we will succeed next month!” Then they return to the third line of this section and repeat the cycle endlessly.

As mentioned above, everyone is supposed to be very positive, so people do not really swear at one another. They place more emphasis on communication and sarcasm. You will not encounter someone openly cursing you out face-to-face, because the company protects certain people’s fragile egos. But I have no idea how much they may mock you behind your back.

As for communication, it really is just communication. A supervisor casually says a couple of words to placate or fob you off, and the situation still does not improve.

Actually, despite everything I have said, it is still much better than some workplaces with bosses who are complete jerks. There are bonuses for the three major holidays and travel allowances.

It is very suitable for part-timers—smooch. But after staying there for a long time, you will discover that the employees they need are robots.

When you have a chance at a promotion, they continuously brainwash you into becoming a caged bird—not only trapped in a cage, but with its wings broken off as well.
