If you can accept a whole bunch of fussy rules, then you’re suited for this place. (At the end of every workday, your desk must be completely cleared; the chairs in the employee break area must be neatly aligned. If you can accept this whole bunch of rules, then come on in.)
There is no overtime pay. Go search through PTT yourself for the working hours; you don’t need to ask me.
You have to write work logs as well as reflection reports on the boss’s articles. If you really love writing reports, then this place is also a good fit for you.
The annual salary is high. If you have a healthy body suitable for working yourself to the bone, just come collect it—and make sure you don’t end up handing it all over to the doctor!
Be one second late and you lose your perfect-attendance bonus, but with an extra NT$2,000 deducted from your annual salary—it’s no big deal. Up to you.
If you want to take special leave, it depends on the month. You can only take it when your department isn’t busy, and you have to request it 30 days in advance.
Typhoon days off are unpaid.
That’s all.
