It's just a typical recruitment agency. The benefits are unbelievably terrible. In over a year of working there, I received only one Mid-Autumn Festival gift box. All the other basic benefits—bonuses for the other three major holidays, etc.—were completely nonexistent. I was assigned off-site for over a year and didn't even know where the company was located. There was no year-end banquet last year either, let alone any department dinners. The year-end bonus was also a lie. In the first year, I thought it was understandable because I was still inexperienced and had worked there for less than three months, so having no year-end bonus was fine. But the second time, after I had already worked there for a full year, I still didn't receive one... I was honestly so angry I could have cursed.

If you don't have relevant experience, it's fine to come here just to gain some experience, but absolutely don't stay at this kind of company for long. Look for a company with some scale instead—the salary could be the same, and even the most basic benefits would be much better than this company's. Including the year-end bonus, earning over NT$100,000 more over the course of a year is definitely possible.
