Working at headquarters means one person doing the work of two.
After another company tried to recruit me with a higher salary, they lied to me, saying they would give me a raise to convince me to stay, but in reality they did absolutely nothing.
The year-end performance evaluation system is completely useless and merely exists in name.
Even though my work performance was good and my efficiency was extremely high, I still received a smaller year-end bonus than people who only knew how to flatter others.
Salaries are handed out arbitrarily. People with nothing but seniority, yet extremely poor efficiency and ability, can still get a decent salary as long as they know how to argue and haggle.
Not to mention that we had to work on typhoon days or use annual leave, and had to hand out flyers at IT exhibitions, along with all kinds of other unreasonable demands.
If you join, I guarantee you will see no future.

After leaving, I went to work abroad. My salary was nearly three times higher, and my year-end bonus was six times higher. The other benefits were incomparable.
Thank you, Tsann Kuen, for showing me what despair means.
