The company changes its policies from morning to evening and has no principles; everything depends on the boss’s mood and ideas.
The boss and managers have no professionalism at all. When they say they want something, they demand it immediately, without considering whether there is enough time or staff.
They favor specific vendors. Policies are sometimes implemented not based on whether they are effective, but on whether the vendor can make money. After the vendor makes money and the product is produced, the boss also expects the staff below to be responsible for making the product profitable.
Internal conflicts are severe. Senior managers like to push work onto others, but they like taking credit even more.
When something goes wrong, they push subordinates out to take the blame, so turnover is extremely high...
They also prefer employees who have no opinions; robots would be ideal.
People with their own ideas are either dismissed or unable to tolerate it and resign.
They will also become the subject of gossip.
If possible, they would use foreign workers, dispatched workers, and part-time students for everything to save on personnel costs.....
When they have no choice but to hire full-time employees, they make them take on multiple roles to recoup the cost.
The turnover rate is outrageously high, but during interviews, HR will only tell you, “The turnover rate has been high in recent years because of the factory relocation.”
Anyone unfortunate enough to interview there can ask, “When will the factory be relocated?” and “How many non-production-line employees have been there for more than a year?”
