I originally applied for a warehouse position.
After the owner finished the interview, he immediately gave me the personnel forms to fill out, and I started work the next day.
The starting salary was only 22K.
The supervisor most often said: “You need to learn how to manage your time; only then will you be efficient. The company places the greatest emphasis on efficiency.”
In reality, they didn’t know how to do things at all, and the senior staff weren’t very good at training others either.
The owner only cared about everyone reporting their progress on LINE (if you didn’t report, he would even scold you in the group chat).
The engineers worked overtime past 10 p.m. every day, and the warehouse staff were also responsible for ordering boxed dinners for the engineers.
Every day at noon, the departments took turns ordering boxed lunches, and once an order was placed, half an hour was gone... such a waste of time.
