11-hour workdays, seven days off per month, no holidays off at all throughout the year, only annual leave.
You cannot smoke, take breaks during work, or sit down.
Someone with over ten years of seniority receives only one month’s year-end bonus.
The salary amounts to only 126 per hour, and money is constantly deducted for things like being late or taking sick leave.
