台灣紋意股份有限公司
Pros

A certain supervisor in this company's Taiwan plateau region will make everything sound good before the interview. After you join, you will gradually discover that there seem to be discrepancies, one thing after another—but this is still a minor issue.

They may say that you do not work hard and spend all your time chatting during work. At that point, you will feel baffled: you are clearly very serious about your work and your performance is also good. But this is still a minor issue.

You may not even be able to rest or eat during your break. You will have to watch helplessly as your area supervisor goes to eat first, while you continue looking after the store even though you are almost off work. Your feet and lower back will ache, your stomach will be hungry, and you will not be able to take a break first—but this is still a minor issue.

They may say that you are slacking off at work. On the day you receive eight boxes of goods, your slender body keeps carrying them up and down, dragging large boxes from one side to the other. Although you are young, you go home with pain here and pain there. Later, when you hear from someone else that the supervisor said you were slacking off, you will feel disappointed, desperate, and angry—but this is still a minor issue.

They may say that you spend your entire shift chatting. Yet you watch the supervisor chatting or repeatedly coming over to chat with you. You cannot simply ignore the supervisor at the time, but later you hear from someone else that the supervisor thought you spent the whole day fooling around. You may feel helpless and angry—but this is still a minor issue.

You may wonder: why does nobody stand up and speak fairly?

I will tell you why: because everyone still wants to survive and earn and save money in this society or at this company. Everyone is working hard to stay alive, then using “every possible means” to keep themselves going.....

You may hear the supervisor say that you chatted with the counter next door that day, even though it was extremely busy and the neighboring counter had only come over to exchange change. Meanwhile, the supervisor was chatting nearby that day. You will feel angry and unhappy. I can tell you that this really is also a minor issue.

Everyone is just out here trying to make a living. The supervisor really does not need to take things this far.

These are all minor issues, so when they accumulate, you will truly start to question your value at this company. These minor issues happen roughly once or twice a week. I am sharing this for newcomers considering applying. I do not know about the other regions, but I hope people will not apply to this region with high hopes.
