During the interview, they said there would be no sales involved and that you only needed to take care of existing customers’ photocopiers. Later, however, they set monthly performance targets and required you to make cold calls and visits, while constantly asking why you had no sales. You had to ride a scooter outdoors in the sun and rain, covering nearly 200 kilometers a day. When you reported that the distances were too far, your supervisor simply dismissed it and told you to continue. When they disliked an employee, they would use various methods to pressure that person into resigning. The pay was low, and they only provided fuel expenses. Employees often had dinner and went singing together after work; if you did not attend, you would be called in for a discussion. They required you to clock out at six and then continue working, in order to make it look as though the company did not require overtime and did not need to pay overtime wages. Employee turnover was high, and supervisors did not do their jobs, leaving you to learn and practice on your own.
