The electrical staff are pitifully understaffed.
There are only 1–2 electrical personnel in each plant.
The salary is not competitive, and there is no production bonus.
There is no system in place.
The duties range from minor plumbing and electrical work to taking full responsibility for all equipment in the plant.
It is a responsibility-based system with 24-hour on-call requirements, and there are no personnel assigned to shifts.
There is no shift rotation.
Even capable people cannot stay in that kind of environment.
It is a private small or medium-sized enterprise with vision but no talent.
It only knows how to buy equipment, but not how to maintain it.
Its staffing structure is inadequate, and it cannot afford to pay competitive salaries.
It is not a company worth investing in for a long-term career.
