M10280 is a new position. Since the factory and R&D were separated, PCC often has to travel to the factory to arrange material preparation and production launch, and is responsible for pre-mass-production work. However, sometimes Production Control also helps with scheduling projects, so both units are quite overworked. Therefore, it is hoped that MCC can handle this work. To be honest, it’s a shitty position—you don’t know what projects you’ll be assigned to support or how much work you’ll have to do.
