During an interview with a certain magazine, an interviewee from the company reportedly stated bluntly that he did not care whether the company could operate sustainably. Therefore, the company’s approach to managing employees is not surprising. For example, employees are not allowed to go out for lunch at noon and are required to participate in the lunch program, with the meal cost deducted from their salaries. However, the main dish provided every day consists of fried foods that can be prepared quickly, while the side dishes and vegetables are greasy and heavily salted. The meals merely provide enough food to fill employees’ stomachs so they can continue working, without the slightest consideration of whether long-term consumption of such food might affect their health. Even when employees express dissatisfaction to management, the company responds passively. This example alone reveals a great deal. If you urgently need money for living expenses, you could consider trying it, but if you are looking for a stable and secure workplace, you should definitely think it over carefully.
