The bosses only recruit people from prestigious universities at home and abroad, exploit employees, then force them to resign using other excuses, and take the ideas employees propose as their own. It’s terrible, terrible, terrible. They seem nice to store staff, but they never consider the store staff’s future development or training, treating people as disposable materials.
