The IT department uses very outdated systems. I was truly shocked when I first joined. They still want to go public and be listed on the OTC market... The future is concerning. A branch office recently had its license revoked, and I don't know how much longer the company can hold on. I'm preparing to look for another IT job. Several IT staff had already resigned in large numbers before I joined. I sincerely do not recommend that newcomers jump into this fiery pit 🔥
