Terrible job. The labor and health insurance are both at the lowest level, and I’ve never even seen a payslip—let alone received overtime pay. If someone files a complaint, you’re expected to forge and sign a stack of documents and falsify your clock-in and clock-out times.
They can’t retain employees and don’t think about why the turnover rate is so high. On average, someone leaves every two weeks. There isn’t much of a handover process either, so people who come later can only clean up after those who came before them. The quality of the service staff is inconsistent; after customers have a bad experience, customer service has to placate them. Before you leave work, they’ll even ask, “Have you finished everything?” Truly hilarious!
