Pros
The company’s turnover is extremely high! The owners only want employees who are obedient and compliant. To resign, you have to give three months’ advance notice; for nursing staff, it’s six months in advance. There is always a problem with the salary in the month you leave!
Employees are arbitrarily dismissed from time to time.
