Quannyi “Xinyi” Branch... very scary... If you go in, you need to be prepared to be exhausted like a dog... Work starts at 7:30 a.m.... The end of the workday is indefinitely delayed under an accountability-based system... Basically, working more than 12 hours a day is common! In addition, the supervisor (person in charge) has a short temper and gets angry easily... is passive-aggressive... distributes work and rest very unevenly... has quite poor management skills... everyone under them is suffering miserably... and they are especially discourteous even to long-serving senior employees... The supervisor (person in charge) is particularly skilled at using rhetoric to exploit people in various ways and increase the extra workload of new employees. The turnover rate is extremely high.
