The work is manageable, and if you’re capable and finish ahead of schedule, you’ll only get more work. There’s a lot of bureaucracy between departments. The pay isn’t high; even in central and southern Taiwan, it’s merely adequate. However, it’s worth mentioning that the employee welfare committee does a great job, and the non-salary benefits are quite comprehensive.
