In principle, the boss believes that the company’s reputation alone can attract a steady stream of customers, and tends to overlook marketing strategies and the allocation of resources.

Staff turnover is quite high, and the company does not seem very concerned about developing and retaining talent.

I left voluntarily after working there for just over a year, feeling that it was a company with little future to look forward to.
