A company that really loves quasi-military management. There are many internal rules, some of which are so bewildering that you might think you haven’t been discharged from the military yet. Staff turnover is very high; if you manage to stay for half a year, you can probably already be considered a senior employee. It’s hard to see much effort being put into developing and managing talent.

The planning of its own e-commerce system products has been slow to reach or exceed normal industry standards, yet it communicates with clients using peculiar pricing and methods that offer no guarantees. Product development projects are also chopped up into a chaotic mess because of easily introduced new government policies, making it impossible to keep up with the schedule…

I don’t think it’s a place where you can develop your strengths. I think everyone should compare it with other options.
