The company basically follows the Labor Standards Act. The starting salary is NT$30,000, including various allowances depending on how you negotiate. Quality assurance staff also have to do engineering department work, and design department staff may be transferred over when the engineering department needs people. The company is understaffed, so one person has to do the work of two. The average working hours are about 10 hours, and you may need to take shifts depending on the staffing situation in your department.
