If you clock in more than 1 minute after the 8:00 start time, you have to take 1 hour of leave. Every day, a morning meeting is held 10–15 minutes before work starts. Although work ends at 5:00, the second bell rings at 5:05, and only then can you organize your things and clock out.
Company activities: The annual sports meet is always held on holidays in Xindian District (unpaid).
