Zhongke Phase 1

For the cell test, the colleagues I encountered were all pretty nice. The only thing that really gave me a headache was that even when the equipment broke down, it still had to be counted toward production capacity.

So every time there was a breakdown, we had to panic like ants on a hot pan. There were only two PMs for the entire site—who was going to listen to you?!

After work, the team leader would interrogate us like criminals, asking why production targets hadn’t been met, why we didn’t look for the PMs, and so on... It was so annoying!!!

As for the compensation, it was average!!!!! A little better than that of a typical small company.
