Positive review: The company is very generous with salaries. Although it is not a large company, it is very straightforward when offering pay. Once the company decides to hire you, the salary written into the contract is exactly what you will receive, and work is rarely affected by money-related issues. However, remember that only what is in black and white is real.
Negative review: Outsiders managing insiders creates internal friction, affecting work processes and product output. For professionals, unless you are confident that you can maintain good interpersonal relationships in an internally conflicting environment or are exceptionally persuasive, working too seriously will be very difficult.
