From the perspective of a current employee, what was said above probably reflects some resentment. Let me share my impressions. There were indeed some incidents that looked like internal struggles a while ago. A large number of people from some departments left, and of course, some were laid off. But is it really appropriate to jump to conclusions before understanding why these people left or were laid off? The company did encounter some difficulties before, and some people abandoned ship to seek better opportunities. Rather than calling it a struggle, perhaps it would be more accurate to describe it as a change of regime? At least for now, things are relatively stable.
I wouldn't say this is an excellent company with great prospects, but there are still some reasons worth staying for. Colleagues generally get along quite harmoniously, and there are still people who continue to work hard and shine. The salary certainly isn't particularly attractive, but it isn't far below industry standards either. Basically, the working hours are fairly regular, and overtime pay is provided when necessary.
