The reason this company has been stagnating for so long is its excessively high turnover rate—they can’t retain people. They like parachuting in managers and specifically look for people who are all talk and no action. Those at the bottom work themselves to death for little money, while management makes easy money. Although it wears the “Dai” halo, it’s not actually that great. Just look at how long the job postings have been up on 104—no one wants to go there. Wake up.
