The bonus system keeps getting worse. There are pros and cons, but the threshold system is also quite unfair. For purchases of goods costing over NT$10,000, the installment interest is actually deducted from employees’ pay. Although most people work equally hard throughout the month, most can only receive the base salary. The mall displays look like street stalls, yet employees are expected to achieve the same sales performance as competitors who hire entertainers and celebrities and run advertisements. Compared with the luxurious displays of other companies, this is extremely unreasonable.
