I previously interviewed for a marketing planning position. The CEO said he was busy and had me wait in the conference room for an hour. I had sent my portfolio to HR beforehand and also brought it with me to place in front of the CEO, but he only flipped through it briefly before asking, “Can you make advertisements?” When discussing the salary, he said that salaries in Taichung are naturally lower than those in Taipei. I asked him, “Then do your products sell at different prices in Taipei and Taichung?” The CEO then said, “I’m trying to get you into our company right now.” This is purely a sharing of personal experience and does not involve subjective commentary; provided for reference.
